VLBI Receiver System

VLBI (Very Long Baseline Interferometry) is the large scale measurement of electromagnetic interference and is widely employed in electromagnetic astronomy, land surveying, Earth rotation measurement, earthquake forecasting etc. We design and manufacture complete systems (from the antenna to control software) for use in VLBI. Below are shown the VLBI system installed for the Japanese Ministry of Housing and Construction National Geographic Institute and four other VLBI systems. Shown are the Hokkaido, Shintotsukawa station (3.8m antenna), Kagoshima, Aira station (10m antenna), Ogasawara Chichi Island station (10m antenna) and a mobile station (3.8m antenna).
